More Than a Game

The Sagepoint Golf Tournament is about more than friendly competition. It’s about coming together to strengthen the services that so many families rely on, from Assisted Living and Memory Care to Adult Day Services.

Proceeds from the 2026 tournament will once again support programs that enhance the physical, emotional and social well-being of the seniors entrusted to our care. Your participation helps expand vital resources, educational programming and outreach efforts that benefit older adults and their families across our region.

On the Greens — and Beyond
Golfers can look forward to a well-organized,  tournament experience, complete with course contests and opportunities to showcase their skills.

For those who prefer a more relaxed way to participate, our popular Sip & Swing experience will return in 2026. Designed for friends, supporters and those new to the game, Sip & Swing offers a relaxing, fun, welcoming and enjoyabl way to enjoy the day’s festivities without needing to be a seasoned golfer.

Whether you’re testing your skills on the course or enjoying camaraderie with fellow supporters, there’s a place for everyone at this community celebration.
