Save the Date for the 2025 Sagepoint Golf Tournament: Drive Change for Senior Care

Mark your calendars! On Wednesday, September 17, 2025, we’ll gather at the beautiful Swan Point Yacht & Country Club for the sixth annual Sagepoint Golf Tournament. Year after year, this signature event brings our community together for a day of fun and philanthropy.

Swinging for a Cause

This year, proceeds from the tournament will benefit programs and services within Sagepoint’s Assisted Living and Memory Care entities. Your participation will help us continue offering vital education through initiatives like the Sage Advice Community Education Series and expanding outreach efforts to older adults and their families navigating caring for older adults. 

A Full Day of Fun

The day starts with breakfast, registration, and a putting and chipping contest to warm up for the shotgun start. Compete in course contests, including the longest drive,  closest to the pin, and putting and chipping chances to win exciting prizes. 

Not a seasoned golfer? Just looking for a fun afternoon to support the cause?  No problem! Our Sip & Swing experience provides a fun and relaxed introduction to the game. Start your day with a creative activity, followed by a fun golf activity. Later, unwind with an absolutely amazing food and wine pairing spread crafted by the talented chef at Swan Point and Port of Leonardtown Winery. There’s something for everyone! Bring a friend or two!
